DAY 1 – the cuisine of Pollino
Arrival in Terranova di Pollino or San Costantino Albanese and accommodation in a farmhouse. Asparagus and sausage omelette, legume soup, bean purée, mischiglio… are some of the dishes that you can taste at dinner, to be ready for the first stage, the crossing of the Pollino Park. Overnight.
DAY 2 – in the Pollino Woods
Meeting at the farmhouse for the briefing and departure. Immediately go up and cross a dense forest. A narrow road will then take you downhill towards San Severino Lucano. From here continue between beech woods and prairies until you reach Viggianello and then Rotonda. Hotel accommodation and overnight stay.

DAY 3 – towards Maratea
From Rotonda you go up gently towards Castelluccio Inferiore, where you enter the cycle path obtained from the dismissed old railway that led to Lagonegro. A unique landscape with viaducts, tunnels and woods until skirting Lake Sirino and exiting towards Rivello. From there you go back south to Trecchina and begin the descent to Maratea. Now your gaze can sweep over the Gulf of Policastro. Overnight in the village, not far from the splendid beaches in the localities of Acquafredda, Cersuta, Fiumicello, the Black Beach, the Secche, Castrocucco.
